The quickest way: Upload to MyAA
The easiest way to send us your No Claims Bonus (NCB) is to upload a clear photo or scan of it to your MyAA account.
What we need to see
To make sure your document is accepted the first time, please check that it shows:
Your previous insurer’s name and logo.
Your policy number and expiry date.
The number of years you’ve earned.
Your name as the policyholder.
Other ways to send it If you can’t use MyAA, you can also:
Email: Attach your document to an email and send it to us at customerservice@theaa.ie.
Webchat: If you have questions about your document, our team can help you through our Webchat.
A quick tip: If you are a new customer, please send this to us as soon as possible so we can issue your permanent Insurance Certificate and Disc.
