If you are a new customer
We will issue your Insurance Certificate and Disc as soon as we receive and check your outstanding documents. These usually include your Proof of No Claims Bonus, a Gap in Cover letter, or photos of the driving licences for everyone named on the policy.
If you are renewing
We will issue these to you as soon as your renewal has been processed.
The quickest way to get your documents You can view, download, or upload documents instantly through MyAA. This is much faster than waiting for the post. If you prefer to receive your pack by mail, please allow 3–5 working days for delivery once your documents have been processed.
