I don’t remember my username - how can I retrieve it?

The good news is: you don’t need one. 

We’ve made logging in simpler. You no longer need to remember a specific username or a complex password to access your account.

How to log in instead:

1. Go to the MyAA login screen.

2. Enter the email address you used when you got your quote or bought your policy.

3. We will send a one-time access code to that email.

4. Enter the code on your screen, and you’re in.

Not sure which email you used? If the code doesn’t arrive, try any other personal email addresses you might have used with us. If you’re still having trouble, our Webchat team can quickly confirm which email is linked to your policy.
