If you need to make a claim under your Drivers Accident Protection Plan you should call Direct Group on 00 44 344 893 1022 or email specalistclaims@directgroup.co.uk . Claims under your Drivers Accident Protection Plan will not affect your No Claims Bonus as it is a separate policy.
