The AA Drivers Legal Protection Plan is included with AA Car Insurance policies as part of our combined product offering. It covers you for adviser’s costs relating to damage, injury, prosecutions and disputes relating to the use of your vehicle. If you need to use your Drivers Legal Protection Plan you should notify the claims team when reporting the accident, they will pass your details to the legal adviser who will act on your behalf. If you require advice that does not relate to an accident you can call the legal helpline free of charge on 1890 545 800.
