If you have received reminders to send documents to us, please follow the instructions below.
Licence numbers can be sent to drivernumber@theaa.ie. You’ll find this number in section 4d of an Irish Driving Licence.
Any other documents, which would have been requested in your document pack, must be emailed to service@theaa.ie. These documents can be scanned or a photograph but must be clear and legible. Please include your AA policy number in the subject line so we can process it quicker.
